The curator's note

The X1 Carbon is the lightest powered exoskeleton we've tested, and the best value in the lineup. A carbon-fibre frame brings it down to 1.6 kg, so it disappears on your hips within minutes, yet the motor still puts out 900 W of hip assist that flattens long climbs and keeps trail runners moving. It assists walking and running, the battery pops out for a spare, and it costs less than anything else with this much motor. The honest caveat: DNSYS's European service network is still building out, so buy this if you're happy to ship the odd return yourself.
