Where do I ship a unit for repair?+

Elegs Workshop, Via Pretorio 9, 6900 Lugano, Switzerland. Use the prepaid label we generate from /support/repair.

How long does shipping take?+

1-3 business days within Switzerland, 3-5 to EU, 5-8 to UK. Free above CHF 80.

Does the warranty cover battery degradation?+

Yes, we replace any battery whose capacity falls below 80% within 2 years of purchase.

Do you support iOS and Android?+

Both. Each manufacturer's app is linked from the product page; we also publish a unified Elegs Companion app for buyers.

Can I return after using it on a hike?+

Yes. 14-day full return, even if used. We refurbish and resell as 'open box' at 25% off.
