1.8 kg, 1000 W, 30 km of range. The flagship exoskeleton for people who don't want to think about the battery.
The Hypershell X Ultra is the flagship of the range. You buy it for the range and the power, not the price. If your days are long, remote, and full of vertical, this is the exoskeleton that keeps going after the others have asked for a charger.

What it gets right
Thirty kilometres of genuine range is the headline, and it holds up on real climbs. A titanium-and-carbon chassis keeps it to 1.8 kg despite the bigger battery and the stronger 1000 W motor, so it is lighter than the X Pro while doing more. The 20 to 25 Nm of torque is the most assist in our lineup. It is the model for people who never want to ration battery.
Where it falls short
It is the most expensive model we carry, and most hikers do not need 30 km of range. If your typical day is under 15 km, you are paying for headroom you will rarely use, and the X Pro gives you the same polish for CHF 400 less. Same IP54 limit on water as the rest.
Who it is for
- Long-distance and multi-day hikers, hut-to-hut and thru-hikers.
- People who want maximum torque and never want to think about the battery.
- Anyone doing big remote days with no chance to recharge.
The best long-range exoskeleton of 2026. Buy it if your days are big; otherwise the X Pro is the smarter spend.
