Two years from purchase, honoured in our Lugano workshop. The fine print, in plain language.

What's covered

Manufacturing defects (motor, sensor, controller, frame)
Battery capacity drop below 80% within 24 months
Strap and cuff hardware (buckles, clips) for 12 months

What's not covered

Cosmetic wear, scratches, scuffs from normal use
Damage from drops, crashes, water submersion
Modifications, third-party batteries, unauthorised firmware

Process

Email warranty@elegs.ch with your order number and a short description of the issue. We send a prepaid return label within 24 hours. Fix or replace, ship back, no surprises on cost.
