The π is the entry point to the same platform as the π Plus: same simple controls, same sized fit, 200 grams lighter. What you give up is meaningful, though. Half the torque and half the range means it suits daily walks and gentle trails, not mountain days. It is currently out of stock, and honestly, most buyers should take the π Plus anyway: for CHF 100 more you get double the assistance and double the distance.
