The curator's note

The Z1 Dual Joint is the only consumer-grade exo we've tested that puts a motor at both the hip and the knee. On steep, technical ground that combination is genuinely different. It is more capable on a 25% incline than anything else in this class, and at 1.8 kg it doesn't punish you on the flats. The catch: DNSYS's European service network is still building out. Buy this if you're hands-on and you ship returns yourself.

Reviews

Verified renters & buyers only.

We don't display reviews until we have at least three verified ones. Better an honest empty than a fake five.

Reviews land here from June 2026.

We launched the rental fleet in May. Every renter is invited to leave a review of the model they tried. Once we have three for Z1 Dual Joint, you'll see them here.
